Command Performance Champ Promotion

By participating in National Flour Mills Limited’s Command Performance Champ Promotion – contestants agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The ‘Command Performance Champ’ Promotion for National Flour Mills Limited begins on Monday 26^th July 2021 at 10am and ends Sunday 12^th August 2021 at 5pm
2. You will have the chance to be one (1) of the two (2) weekly challenge winners, to win two (2) 7kg bags of Command Performance Adult or Puppy Dog Food, one (1) Pet Care Hamper and one (1) $300 grocery voucher from your chosen grocery. Winners will be selected based on creativity
3. All weekly winners will be entered into a pool for a chance to be the Grand Prize Winner of one (1) Home Entertainment System. The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen from the pool of weekly winners, who’s reshared photo/video to NFM’s Facebook page accumulates the most ‘Likes’ within the last week of the promotion (6^th – 12^th September 2021)
4. To become a contestant and eligible to win, you must:
   • Purchase any size Command Performance^TM Dog or Puppy Food within the
     promotion period and retain receipt as proof of purchase. Receipts are accepted only within the promotional period
   • Create and upload a photo/video to TikTok, Instagram OR under the Facebook contest post in the comment section. Showcasing your dog/puppy being cute, or doing a fun trick or silly antic
   • Tag @nfmtt if you’re entering by uploading your photo/video on Instagram and TikTok
5. To enter the promotion, National Flour Mills Limited will share each week’s challenge static/video post every Monday (26^th July – 30^th August) across National Flour Mills Limited’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages
6. Every Monday from 2^nd August to 6^th September 2021, a representative of National Flour Mills Limited or its advertising agency will announce the two (2) weekly winners on National Flour Mills Limited’s Facebook page by 4:00 p.m. The two (2) weekly winners will have forty-eight (48) hours to contact National Flour Mills Limited via Facebook inbox/messenger to claim their prize or else it will be awarded to another contestant. The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be announced on September 13^th 2021
7. National Flour Mills Limited or its advertising agency will contact and inform the winners on the collection of their prize (date, location, time etc.)
8. National Flour Mills Limited and its advertising agency shall not be responsible for internet or Wi-Fi connection errors that might occur during this promotion
9. National Flour Mills Limited and its advertising agency shall not be responsible for any glitches or network server error on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok
10. Employees of National Flour Mills Limited, affiliate agencies and their immediate family are not eligible to enter this promotion
11. This promotion is for all National Flour Mills Limited fans worldwide, however if a winner doesn’t reside in Trinidad & Tobago, they must transfer/assign their prize to an immediate family member residing in that country
12. Conditions of Entry:
    • Contestants acknowledge that compliance with the Rules set out above including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to any prizes in the Command Performance Champ promotion being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, competitors who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification
    • National Flour Mills Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Command Performance Champ promotion at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of National Flour Mills Limited, corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper running of the competition. In such cases National Flour Mills Limited will inform competitors of such cancellation, modifications or suspensions of the Command Performance Champ promotion via notifications by electronic mail or on the Facebook fan page
    • National Flour Mills Limited does not warrant that access to or use of any third party’s website will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of internet services and electronic communications. National Flour Mills Limited is not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to:

• • • lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the promotion; or
    • communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or
    • failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prizes or in the prize notification; or
    • for any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or
    • the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the promotion; or
    • any of the above arising from the actions or omissions of any third parties in relation to any aspect of the Command Performance Champ promotion or the usage of any third-party websites which are not under the control or operated fully by National Flour Mills Limited

1. • Any attempt by a contestant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Command Performance Champ promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, National Flour Mills Limited reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution and participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes
     won
   • In no event will National Flour Mills Limited be liable for more than the relevant prize available under the Command Performance Champ promotion. In the event of any conflict with any promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media, (“Promotional Materials”) the details of the promotion set forth in these Rules and Conditions shall prevail
   • The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. National Flour Mills Limited employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Conditions in any manner whatsoever
   • All contestants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by National Flour Mills Limited and consent to the use and disclosure by National Flour Mills Limited in any form of media of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference
   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Contestants understand that they are providing their information to National Flour Mills Limited and not to these platforms. The information they provide will only be used for communicating with contestants in the future and awarding them with the prize that they may win
   • National Flour Mills Limited reserves all rights in the management of the Command Performance Champ promotion
