Contest Rules

By participating in the Win a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion, contestants agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

    1. This promotion is approved by the NLCB
    2. To enter and to be eligible to win, you must purchase a minimum of TT$40.00 worth of any NFM Lotus branded products at any retail outlet in Trinidad and Tobago between 5th May 2022 (midnight GMT-4) to 7th June 2022 (midnight GMT-4) and submit your purchase receipt to NFM via WhatsApp to +1 868 717 2256 before 7th June 2022 (midnight GMT-4).
    3. Contestants can enter as many times as they like once they provide a new purchase receipt. Each unique purchase receipt is equivalent to one entry
    4. Contestants can enter as many times as they would like but are eligible to win once
    5. One (1) winner will be drawn randomly from the receipts received via Whatsapp on Thursday 9th June, 2022
    6. One winner will be chosen to receive the following.
      1. Me Time Massage at Hyatt valued at $1,600 which includes
        1. Express Body Scrub- 30 minutes
        2. AromaTherapy Massage – 50 minutes
        3. Accupressure Facial – 50 minutes
      2. Sunday Brunch at the Hyatt valued at $375.00
      3. $5,000TTD worth of groceries.
    7. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw and informed as to when they can collect their prize.
    8. All contestants will be required to provide proof of identity using their national ID card, driver’s permit, or Passport. Entries will not be valid if a picture of their purchase receipt can not be provided. NFM has the right to verify the authenticity of the contestant’s purchase receipt with the retailer from which the Lotus products were purchased
    9. National Flour Mills Limited and/or its advertising agency will inform the winners of the date and time they can collect their prizes based on their availability and their providing NFM with their contact information within 48 hours of being selected or the winners being announced
    10. National Flour Mills Limited and its advertising agency shall not be responsible for internet or Wi-Fi connection errors that might occur during this contest
    11. National Flour Mills Limited reserves all rights in the management of the Win a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion

 

Conditions of Entry:
      1. Contestants acknowledge that compliance with the Rules set out above including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to the awarding of any prizes in the Win a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, contestants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification
      2. National Flour Mills Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend theWin a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of National Flour Mills Limited or corrupt the administration, security, integrity, or proper running of the contest
      3. In such cases, National Flour Mills Limited will inform contestants of such cancellation, modifications, or suspensions of the Win a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion via notifications by WhatsApp
      1. National Flour Mills Limited does not warrant that access to or use of any third party’s website will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of internet services and electronic communications. National Flour Mills are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to:
        • lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the contest; or
        • communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or
        • failure of personal computers, phones, tablets and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical, or other error in the offering or announcement of the prizes or in the prize notification; or
        • for any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or
        • the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the promotion; or
        • any of the above arising from the actions or omissions of any third parties in relation to any aspect of the Win $5000 and or the usage of any third-party websites which are not under the control or operated fully by National Flour Mills Limited
      2. Any attempt by a contestant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Win a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, National Flour Mills Limited reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution, and contestants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won
      3. In no event will National Flour Mills Limited be liable for more than the relevant prizes available under the Win a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion. In the event of any conflict with any promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media, (“Promotional Materials”) the details of the promotion set forth in these Rules and Conditions shall prevail
      4. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. National Flour Mills Limited employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Conditions in any manner whatsoever
      5. All contestant agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by National Flour Mills Limited and consent to the use and disclosure by National Flour Mills Limited in any form of media of their names, likenesses, and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference
      6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with WhatsApp. Contestants understand that they are providing their information to National Flour Mills Limited via WhatsApp and not to these platforms. The information they provide will only be used for communicating with contestants and awarding them with the prize that they may win
      7. National Flour Mills Limited reserves all rights in the management of the Win a Spa Day for Mom & $5000 in groceries promotion can cancel/end the contest at anytime
