NFM PARTNERS WITH TT UMPIRES AND SCORERS’ COUNCIL

Officials of the Trinidad and Tobago Umpires and Scorers Association (TTUSA) will be known as “Command Performance” umpires for the 2019 season following the announcement of National Flour Mills’ (NFM’s) sponsorship of monogrammed jerseys and caps to outfit the umpires in the premiership division of the TTCB competitions.

Parasram Singh, President of the TT Umpires and Scorers’ Council expressed his gratitude to NFM for its timely sponsorship and gave the assurance that the umpires will wear the NFM logo proudly, maintain the highest standards on the field and bring pride to NFM for their show of corporate responsibility.

At the brief presentation ceremony, Singh cited TT umpires Joel Wilson, member on the ICC Elite panel, and Peter Nero, Chairman of the Cricket West Indies Training and Examinations Council as some of the best umpires in the Caribbean. He also shared high expectations for leading regional umpires Zahid Bassarath and Danesh Ramdhanie to be called for international duty.
