CEO Ian Mitchell Resigns

NFM CEO, IAN MITCHELL RESIGNS

March 31, 2026: The Chief Executive Officer of National Flour Mills Limited (NFM), Mr. Ian Mitchell resigned on March 31, 2026, after leading the company for just over five years.

During his tenure, Mr. Mitchell delivered consistent financial growth and advanced the corporate mission of becoming more prepared for long-term expansion. Significant achievements under his leadership included major upgrades to NFM’s food packaging lines and expansion of product offerings in local and regional markets. He also led the final phase of NFM’s quest for global recognition as an SQF certified manufacturer of wheat flour and related products. NFM has held SQF certification since 2022.

Beyond business, Mr. Mitchell was an advocate for employee engagement and charitable causes. His support for internal collaboration and community development helped NFM to be known as a company dedicated to more than just flour.
The Board of Directors, management, and staff of NFM thanked Mr. Mitchell for his service and offered him best wishes for success in his future endeavours.

In the interim, pending the recruitment of a new Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jason Mohammed, Chief Operating Officer, will act in the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026.
